At BonesLabs, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you experience any issues with your order, please review the policy below and contact our support team.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened or reconstituted products cannot be accepted for return due to safety and contamination concerns.
  • Damaged or defective shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a BonesLabs error or defective product.
  • Shipping insurance claims for lost or damaged packages will be processed within 7-14 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
